THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES!
There are no order cancellations, refunds, or exchanges with Différent Fashion. All sales are final. Please make sure you are certain of your choices when placing an order. If a refund is granted for any reason the purchase is subject to a 10% restocking fee.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE? Shipping takes 3-5 business days (Mon-Fri)
PLEASE BE PATIENT!
If ordering a made to order product please give up to 2 weeks to get made because they are special orders.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking numbers will be sent out via email when your order is processed and shipped. It can take 3-8 days to process your order.
Processing your order is separate from Shipping!
WHY DOES MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT?
Please contact the carrier in which your package was sent. We are not responsible for packages once the carrier has received it. To ensure you receive your package follow up with your tracking number and be available to receive your package on the set date.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed for reasons out of our control. Once your product has been shipped, we are no longer responsible for the handling of your product. Différent Fashion is not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit.
Please be sure that all information provided is CORRECT. Différent Fashion is not responsible for shipments that are not able to be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information. If package is non-deliverable to address provided to us, it will be shipped back to us or destroyed based on return shipping costs.
If a package is returned to us, customer is responsible for paying return to sender fee as well as re-shipment cost. If package is destroyed due to non-claim by customer, customer must re-purchase item.
